Dear Chris,

Thanks for the green sweater you sent me in June. It fit me perfectly, but I can't really model it for you. It's too fuckin' hot. You step outside and melt, so Mulder and I have just stayed in bed under the covers with the air conditioning on high. Is the heat as bad inside Oz as it is outside? Those bastards better let you have fans in your pod. How's Toby? Give him a slap on the ass from me.

I thought I'd send you some photos of my new motorcycle. I hope the hacks don't confiscate them, the fuckers.

Ladies and germs, it's time for yet another installment of:



This one was inspired by the amazingly, wonderfully inventive colleendetroit, who was nice enough to send an extra green sweater for my X-Files Alex Krycek she had left over from her recent action figure adventures. When I opened the package she sent me, I burst out laughing for a good 10 minutes because I was floored by her creativity.

In this episode, Alex Krycek gets a mysterious package from a friend of his in Oz and calls Mulder for help...

Okay, I broke down and released him from his plastic prison. Behold, Alex Krycek from The X-Files, the leather-clad one-armed double-crosser, modeling his modified M-16 in a Russian military officer's black leather trenchcoat.

I rarely ever update my LJ at night when I'm home, because I usually have more important things to do, like watch TV and eat dinner. It's after 9:30 p.m. right now, and I'm having French toast for dinner. It's quick.

Anyway, the reason I'm here. Tonight in the mail I received some outfits I ordered for my Mulder and Krycek action figures to customize them. The outfits they come with are boring. Hey, listen people, I'm not all that crazy. This guy sculpts his own heads and historically accurate uniforms:

Of course, the military modelers aren't looked at as strangely as I am, since I only play with Mulders and Kryceks (when he gets here, hurry up, dammit!). But I thought I'd share the first of my many customizations for figures I have planned. Run and hide if my new obsessive hobby scares you.

So sue me, I still like to play with toys. And since getting my digital camera last week, I've released my figures from their plastic prisons, allowing them to perform a short dramatic play in photographs. Behold...

...and Blaine, who has been partnered with Mulder until Krycek returns. Blaine has transferred to the FBI from Malibu, where he used to work with a guy named Ken. Blaine smells like coconuts, and was only $4.50, on sale, at Wal-Mart! He's very, very pretty.
