A painting by the artist Lucian Freud (grandson to the famous psychiatrist) was purchased at Christie's this week for an astounding $33 million (£17 million pounds) dollars, the highest amount ever paid for a piece of work by a living artist.
The best part about this artsy-fartsy news?
It's a portrait of Sue Tilly, a benefits supervisor in London (link Not Safe For Work), sprawled on a couch, naked. That might not seem like news, but Ms. Tilly is a rather large woman.
