Stargate Atlantis Season 3 on DVD -- high res art and details

Coming September 18 to Region 1...

That's about as high-res as you're gonna get. You won't find that anywhere else. Heh, it looks like Jason Momoa skipped the class photo or something -- wow, Photoshoppy.

Also, behind the cut, the full breakdown of all the discs, what's on them, and the extras.

I got this info from a press release, which also states the members of the cast are available for interviews. No, I'm not gonna get an interview with Fuzzy Headed Guy or Geeky Doctor Guy Everyone Loves. I don't watch the show. Oh, why didn't they do this for Oz or The X-Files?

Please forgive any wonky formatting; I cut and pasted from the press release because I'm not gonna format all this by hand.

Comments

I saw that before and hoped to high heaven it was a fake. Because Lordy - what were they smoking when they approved that?

Also: so much for having the actors do commentaries. JIP!!
They probably didn't want to pay them.
Oh my god, you rock! Thank you for this! :-)))))
You're welcome. I know there are the obsessed on my Flist ;-)
Thank you, Rhymey. I was hoping to hear something soon. I came late so I just recently caught-up on seasons 1 and 2. I'd seen more than I thought when I started watching them in order, but I still need to make sure that I've seen all of season 3 before season 4 premiers.
According to the press release, the Season 3 set is coming out just before the Season 4 premiere, so you'll be all caught up.
It's really embarrassing how far behind I managed to get. I need to catch-up on SGA, Heroes, BSG, Kyle XY and Brothers and Sisters.
Thank you so much for this!!!!
You're quite welcome.
Ah, thanks so much. Eeee! :)

But what the hell were they thinking approving that cover? Jason Momoa looks... 'weird' is a nice way of saying it. wtf. But that's really hi-res indeed, wow. Thanks :) *ogles Joe Flanigan's biceps*

Hope you and Butternut (I hope I got the name right!) are in the best of health always. *hugs*
Butternut is doing so much better, thanks for asking. It was rough for a while there.

Yeah, when I saw the cover I was like, "Why does it look like they plopped heads on different bodies?" I think it's awful. Maybe it will look better on the box.
You're so sweet. :D
I like sharing my toys.
Thank you very much for the details :)

Oh, go on, go talk to Joe Flanigan... he reminds me so much of Nick sometimes, in that he's shy and so very respectful when you talk to him. Plus, they film in Vancouver... Nick territory :)

Nah, because although I could probably fake it, I wouldn't want to talk to an actor when I obviously haven't watched all the episodes of his show. I have seen a few, but having a conversation with a professional actor and not knowing what the hell I was talking about would be disrespectful.
Darn it! Foiled again! There I was, trying to turn you into an SGA fan LOL
Love your "Mad" icon! Recognised the style, but not the guy!
It's the one and only "Mad"ized Chris Meloni!
*blushes*

Oh man - that's bad! Of course, he's fully dressed, which might explain why I didn't recognise him and those eyebrows are too thin...

My icon is what I'm not tonight...
